Before And After :: Homeowner's original deck was too small, offered no protection from the sun and had no space for entertaining. The new deck is 18 x 20 sq. ft and features a gabled roof with stain grade bead board ceiling, stone chimney facade with rustic wood mantel, bi-directional diagonal wood flooring and an open lower level for additional entertaining and relaxation  Before And After :: Homeowner's original deck was too small, offered no protection from the sun and had no space for entertaining. New deck provided space for the owner's whirlpool tub and featured a gable roof and stain grade bead board ceiling. Outside features a stamped concrete patio Before And After :: A 1970s bathroom was updated to a modern, eco-friendly design with green features such as a dual flush toilet, energy-star lighting and fan and low flow shower and faucets Before And After :: An outdated bathroom was given a modern, green update. The homeowner didn't have enough space. In the new bathroom, the space is combined to offer additional counter space. Homeowner provided inspiration photo, shown here Before And After :: Simple shelving improves a closet for additional storage and functionality Before And After :: This homeowner had a four-foot tub in a 1970s house that only the cat used.  We transformed the space into a walk-in shower featuring a seat and imported ceramic tile Before And After :: The original sunroom was an inefficiently designed room with single pane windows and no insulation and termite damage. The new sun room offers 30 year shingles on top of weather shield roof coverings, with LP TekShield roof sheathing. It features low-E, argon-gas filled casement crank windows and upgraded higher efficiency HVAC Before And After :: This master bathroom space evoked a hotel with the open vanity space. By enclosing the remodeled space, it offers privacy and more bedroom space Before And After :: Homeowner's original deck was too small, offered no protection from the sun and had no space for entertaining. The new space features an expanded deck, related stairs and open roof, with sky lights, stain grade beadboard ceiling, open grill/entertaining area Before And After ::  From a narrow, barely usable deck, we created a sweeping, sun-filled, two-tiered space for entertaining, grilling out and spending time with family.
