During the design process, you meet with us and our partners to discuss the home plan and your wish lists. Chad will help guide you through this process so the home is designed within budget and built to live well.
Chad understands that building your new home is a creative and collaborative process. He strive to provide a total team effort dedicated to fulfilling clients' dreams and desires from concept to completion. His success is measured by the satisfaction of his clients. We can provide you with Lender contact information; it is very helpful to know your budget to base the home design and size. You should consult with lenders to pre-qualify and find out “how much home you can afford.”
We have assembled a team of the finest craftsmen to build your home. Most of our trade partners have worked with us for more than ten years.
Once the plans are 90% complete, we can give you a turn-key contract amount for the project based on the specifications we have discussed. If the price is acceptable, the draftsman completes the plans and makes them ready for permit and a contract signing is scheduled.
Contract documents are clearly written to detail what was discussed and what is included.
We build all of our homes to ENERGY STAR standards, as well as, our homes are Certified Green by the National Association of Home Builder’s Research Center. Chad is one of only 47 Accredited Master Builders in the state of North Carolina and is currently volunteering as the Vice President to the North Carolina Home Builders Association.
